Dr. Malik Tusif Ahmed Biography

Dr. Ahmed received his PhD in Mathematics in 2017 from the Abdus Salam School of Mathematical Sciences (ASSMS), GCU, Lahore. Prior to joining the Department of Mathematics and Statistics at Hazara University Mansehra, he was affiliated with the Department of Mathematics at Women University Bagh as an assistant professor and department coordinator, and he has also served as a post-doctoral fellow at ASSMS. He has always been enthusiastic about teaching mathematics and inspiring students to solve problems, think critically, and be excited about the subject. Dr. Ahmed has ten publications in prestigious journals to his credit. His research interests include Commutative Algebra, specifically Multiplicative Ideal Theory, as well as problems involving factoring ideals in Commutative rings and semirings.
