Introduction
The department of Art & Design was established in 2008 with a mission of introducing creative knowledge and skills in the region filled with beautiful landscapes and rich cultural heritage. Department of Art & Design is one of the leading art departments in KPK, offering undergraduate, graduate and (M.Phil) degree courses. Undergraduate level includes studio practice and theoretical studies, while M.Phil carries only theory and research. There are two major disciplines in undergraduate level, Fine Arts and Design. Fine Arts offers Painting and Sculpture as Major Fields of study and Design offers Textile design, Interior design and Graphics design. Department of Art & Design conducts workshops and seminars every semester, also invites Professionals for Juries, Critique and Art discussions. Students and teachers are highly committed to participate in art competitions, workshops, exhibitions and seminars in country and abroad....
