I educated at one of the Nation best college (Jahenzeb Post Graduate College Saidu Sharif Swat), I was exposed to diverse objects that explained me the basics of science. It was the Biological Sciences that attracted me the most with the very first acquaintance. After obtaining the best grades in Biological Sciences, and my initial enchantment with Botany and Chemistry and the burning desire for a scientific career persuaded me to select Molecular biology as my career option. The continuation my pursuit, I got admission in M.Phil at Department of Botany, Hazara University Mansehra, Pakistan. Driven by the desire to do research in Molecular Biology from my very first day at the Department. I explored several options and obtained a cutting edge, assimilating to the maximum, from my coursework to in the plant training. During my study, molecular Biology evoked my keen interest that I obtained 83% out of 35 students. My insatiable thirst for delving deep into this subject coupled with my thoughtful ability for research in Molecular Biology has inspired me to pursue a PhD in Plant Genetics. I began my steps towards a research in Plant Molecular Biology at Funtional Genomic Laboratory (FGL) at Hazara University which is known for Genetics Department in the country. Higher Education Commission (HEC) of Pakistan sponsored me for six months training in the Laboratory of Molecular Cytogenetics, Department of Biology at Leicester University UK. In 2015, Chinese Academy of Science (CAS) invited me to North West Institute of Plateau Biology (Xining) China as international Expert to trained graduate and post graduate students in the field of molecular biology. Moreover, I participated in a Number of National and International events took place in Turkey, Egypt, France etc. Through these programs I learnt thoroughly the concept of research, development and quality marketing. My passion towards (Plant genetics) molecular Biology further motivated me to work on various projects. I had completed a number of projects titled “Association mapping of root traits for drought tolerance in bread wheat” and “Morphogenetic elaboration of selected species of Berberidaceae and Lamiaceae collected from Azad Jammu and Kashmir”. I published a number of research articles in Journals of international repute.
