Dr. Farhana has done her PhD from Ocean University of China, and her Bachelors and Master from University of Karachi and COMSATS University. Her research field is Environmental Microbiology including microbial ecology in water, wastewater and soil, drinking water quality monitoring and treatment, wastewater treatment, bioremediation of hydrocarbon polluted soil and ecobioengineering of mine extraction site.
