Dr. Faisal Bahadar
Biography

Dr. Faisal Bahadur is an accomplished academic and researcher in the field of Computer science. He currently serves as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Computer Science & Information Technology at Hazara University, a position he has held since 2016. With over two decades of teaching and academic experience, He has previously served as a Lecturer at Hazara University (2006–2016), the Agricultural University Peshawar (2003–2006), and AJK University Muzaffarabad (2001–2002). He earned his PhD in Computer Science from Hazara University in 2022. He also holds an MS in Computer Science from the Virtual University of Pakistan (Islamabad Campus) and an MSc in Computer Science from the University of Peshawar. Throughout his career, Dr. Bahadur has been actively involved in supervising postgraduate research, guiding several MSCS students in their thesis work. He is particularly committed to student development, serving as the Program Coordinator for the BS Software Engineering discipline. His academic contributions include delivering lectures, supervising final-year projects, and mentoring students at both undergraduate and postgraduate levels. His research area include Server Performance Tuning, Performance Testing, Performance Testing Tools, Simulation and Modeling, Distributed system, Cloud computing, Edge computing.
