HEC Needbased Scholarship Interview List & General Quantification List

It is notified for the information of all concerned that date for Interview of HEC Need Based Scholarship, Has Beeb scheduled to be held on Tuesday 22st June 2022 at 11:00 am in Block No.2.
Merit list for interview has been displayed on the website of the University (www.hu.edu.pk). All the concerned students are directed to appear before the University Scholarship Management Committee alongwith following documents in original for Need Based Scholarship interviews as per date, time and venue mentioned above.
NOTE:-
Students will not be considered for scholarship on the following grounds.
- Absent in the interview.
- If concealed the facts as required.
- Failed to furnish the following original documents before the committee.
- Income Certificates/Salary slips/Pension slip/bank statement of parents/guardian.
- Family Registration Certificate (FRC) of NADRA
- Rent Agreement if applicable.
- Death Certificate of parents, if any.
- Utility bills
- Proof of Sibling(s) Studying in Hazara University or Higher Education institution alongwith fee receipts.
- Proof of Medical bills claimed/CNIC of parents.
- Disable Certificate of the Parents
- Separation Certificate of the parents
- Employment Certificate of the student.
- Transcript of last result
