Webmaster

First division Degree (16 years education) in Computer Science/IT from HEC recognized University/ Institution.

 

Candidates having expertise in following will be preferred. Good knowledge of Laravel Framework of PHP, HTML, CSS, BOOTSRAP, JAVASCRIPT, JQUERY, MYSQL, XML.  Good knowledge of Core PHP programming. Having Valid experience in maintaining the website of any institutional organization and have better understanding of logic building.

Programmer

First division Degree (16 years education) in Computer Science/IT from HEC recognized University/ Institution.

 

Candidate having excellent knowledge of odoo framework languages (xml, qweb, HTML, CSS, JQuery),

Python development & Linux system and strong knowledge of PostgreSQL will be preferred.

System Administrator 

(BPS-17)

01

First division Degree (16 years education) in Computer Science/IT from HEC recognized University/ Institution.

Candidates having expertise in following will be preferred. Administration and deployment of Servers, firewalls. Applications and Network Monitoring Tools. Should have expertise in Windows/Linux Server AD, DC, GPO, DNS, DHCP. Administration and deployment of VDI. Administration and deployment of SAN/NAS. Hands-on experience to manage the networks, system infrastructure, and wireless setup & familiarity with clustering, load balancing, firewalls, etc. Have a knowledge of backup, recovery & security policies. Familiarity with Virtualization concepts like VMWare technologies, Basic understanding of Shell scripting, understanding of TCP/IP structure.

Terms & Conditions:

  1. Applicants should apply through online job portal link i-e https://cms.hu.edu.pk/user/loginpage on or before May 12, 2022. All forms and documents must be submitted online.
  2. No column of the application form should be left blank, particularly postal address/contact number and email ID must be mentioned.
  3. NO ADDITIONAL DOCUMENTS (INCLUDING NOC) SHALL BE ACCEPTED AFTER DUE DATE EVEN DURING THE APPEAL TIME (if any). DOCUMENT WHICH IS NOT CLAIMED BY DUE DATE, WILL NOT BE ENTERTAINED.
  1. This is the responsibility of the candidates to make it sure that they have uploaded all relevant information into the online system.
  2. Candidates are strictly advised that to avoid uploading invalid documents. Documents with ambiguity (if entered) by candidates will not be accepted. In case of query candidates are advised to contact the undersigned on phone or email.
  1. Applicants serving in Govt./Semi Govt./Autonomous bodies should route their applications through proper channel with NOC/proper permission.
  2. Experience can only be counted by provision of Experience certificate duly issued by the HR/Establishment section of the concerned University/institution.
  3. Distinction marks allocated for getting position in Bachelor to Master (16 years of education) and can only be granted after provision of proper merit/distinction certificate issued by the controller of examinations.
  4. The candidates having Foreign Degree/Certificate will provide Equivalency Certificate from HEC/ IBCC, Islamabad before the closing date.
  5. Translated version (in English language) of Degrees, Certificates, etc. must be provided in case of degrees in foreign language other than English before the closing date.
  6. Certificate regarding percentage of marks will be provided from concerned University/institution for those DMCs/Transcripts where percentage is not mentioned.
  7. Job Application form fee shall be deposited through e-challan in Hazara University, online account No.0010027677000012, Allied Bank Limited Hazara University Branch. Copy of the deposited e-challan shall be uploaded on job portal.
  8. Fee schedule (job application form fee) for various post is given below:
  9. For post of BPS-20: Rs. 3000/-
  10. For post of BPS-19: Rs. 2500/-
  • For post of BPS-17: Rs. 2000/-
  1. Maximum age limit for the posts in BPS-17 is 35 years.
  2. Any candidate applying for more than one post should apply for each post separately.
  3. Eligibility in all respect shall be reckoned upto the closing date.
  4. Only shortlisted candidates will be called for test/interview. Short-listing of the candidates shall be made in accordance with the procedure laid down by the University.
  5. Hazara University reserves the right to increase/decrease the number post(s) depending upon the needs of the University or not to fill any post, withhold the appointment against any advertised post or to accept/reject any application without assigning any reason.
