Eligibility: First Class MS/MPhil/equivalent degree awarded after 18 years of education in the relevant field from an HEC recognized University/Institution with no 3rd division in the academic career.
Note: Condition of no 3rd division shall not be applicable in the qualification of appointment as lecturer in Universities or Degree Awarding Institutions, provided that the candidate holds a higher degree (PhD or equivalent) with not more than one 3rd division in the entire academic career.
Lecturer in Medical Laboratory Technology — 02 posts
Eligibility: First Class MS/MPhil/equivalent degree awarded after 18 Years of education in the relevant field from an HEC recognized University/Institution with no 3rd division in the academic career.
Note:Condition of no 3rd division shall not be applicable in the qualification of appointment as lecturer in Universities or Degree Awarding Institutions provided that the candidate holds a higher degree viz PhD or equivalent degree with not more than one 3rd division in entire academic career.
Terms & Conditions:
1. Applicants should apply through online job portal available on Hazara University, Mansehra website https://jobs.hu.edu.pk by July 28, 2026. All forms and documents must be submitted online.
2. No column of the online application form should be left blank, particularly postal address, contact number both landline/mobile and Email address must be mentioned.
3. NO ADDITIONAL DOCUMENTS SHALL BE ACCEPTED AFTER DUE DATE EVEN DURING THE APPEAL TIME (if any). DOCUMENTS WHICH ARE NOT CLAIMED BY DUE DATE WILL NOT BE ENTERTAINED.
4. INCOMPLETE APPLICATIONS, OR APPLICATIONS SUBMITTED WITH FAKE DOCUMENTS/INFORMATION SHALL BE REJECTED AT ANY STAGE OF THE RECRUITMENT PROCESS.
- Candidates are strictly advised to avoid uploading invalid documents. Documents with ambiguity (if entered) by candidates will not be accepted. In case of query candidates are advised to contact the undersigned on phone or email.
- This is the responsibility of the candidates to make it sure that they have uploaded all relevant information into the online system.
7. The maximum age limit for the post of Lecturer is 35 years on the closing date of the advertisement.
- These positions are created on a purely temporary/fixed pay basis and shall not confer any right to absorption, confirmation or regularization in University services.
- In case of publications, candidates are required to write the paper’s title, author names, name of journal, ISSN No., Volume No., date of publication of those journals which are recognized by HEC. Publications with ambiguous information will not be accepted.
10. Applicants serving in Govt./Semi Govt./Autonomous bodies should route their applications through proper channel with NOC/proper permission.
11. Experience can only be counted by provision of Experience certificate duly issued by the HR/Establishment section of the concerned University/institution.
12. Distinction marks allocated for getting position in Bachelor to Master (16 years of education) and can only be granted after provision of authentic document issued by the controller of examinations of the concerned degree awarding institute.
13. Research Projects marks (maximum upto 10 marks) can be granted to a candidate having successfully completed/secured research project of not less than 0.5 million as Principal Investigator.
14. The candidates having Foreign Degree/Certificate will provide Equivalency Certificate from HEC/ IBCC, Islamabad before the closing date.
15. Translated version (in English language) of Degrees, Certificates, etc. must be provided in case of degrees in foreign language other than English before the closing date.
16. Certificate regarding percentage of marks will be provided from the concerned University/institution for those DMCs/Transcripts where percentage is not mentioned.
17. In case of Semester system, CGPA 3.00 out of 4.00 shall be considered as First division.
18. Job Application form fee shall be deposited through e-challan in Hazara University, online account No. 0010027677000012, Allied Bank Limited Hazara University Branch. Copy of the deposited e-challan shall be uploaded on job portal.
19. Job application form fee per post/application form (non-refundable) is Rs. 1,000/-.
20. Any candidate applying for more than one post should apply for each post separately.
21. Eligibility in all respect shall be reckoned upto the closing date.
22. Only shortlisted candidates will be called for test/interview. Short-listing of the candidates shall be made in accordance with the procedure laid down by the University.
23. Hazara University reserves the right to increase/decrease the number post(s) depending upon the needs of the University or not to fill any post, withhold the appointment against any advertised post or to accept/reject any application without assigning any reason.
