<p><strong>Dr. Asif Umer</strong> is a Lecturer in the Department of Computer Science & Information Technology at Hazara University, Mansehra, Pakistan. He holds an MS in Computer Science from COMSATS University Islamabad, Abbottabad Campus (2016) and a PhD in Computer Science from Hazara University (2023). With nearly 10 years of teaching experience, he has been serving as a Lecturer at Hazara University since 2017. Prior to this appointment, he worked as a Visiting Lecturer at COMSATS University Islamabad, Abbottabad Campus, from 2016 to 2017.</p><p>Dr. Umer is actively involved in teaching, research, curriculum development, and academic supervision. At the postgraduate level, he teaches Advanced Topics in Internet of Things (IoT), Distributed Systems, and Blockchain Technologies to MS and PhD students.
