<p>Dr. Asad Shahjehan is an Associate Professor in the Department of Management Sciences, Hazara University, with extensive experience in teaching, research supervision, curriculum development, academic governance, institutional service, entrepreneurship development, and applied research. His academic and research interests include Organizational Behavior, Human Resource Management, leadership, employee behavior, soft skills, sustainability, innovation, commercialization, entrepreneurship, and community-based development. He has contributed to peer-reviewed research, book chapters, conferences, student supervision, academic review work, and university-level committees.
