Welcome to Hazara University web site. Procurement Office is available to assist all departments / Offices in obtaining goods and services needed to accomplish the University’s academic mission and goals. Our Staff is enthusiastic about providing purchasing procedures and guidelines to assist you in preparing and processing documents. To assist vendors, we upload procurement related documents i.e Notice inviting tenders (NIT), tender documents and time to time notifications on website. Staff members will assist in obtaining products and services from appropriate sources at the lowest total cost while ensuring the best overall value. We will continue to create and maintain cooperative relationships and apply sound business practices while working with suppliers. The Procurement Office is under the authority of the Vice Chancellor’s Office and is a division of Treasurer Office. The mission of the Procurement Office is to develop and implement sound procurement practices in accordance with Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Public Procurement Authority and to provide quality and timely services, obtain all supplies and equipment at the lowest cost to the University consistent with quantity, quality and availability at the time of purchase. The Procurement Office Staff is available to assist with any procurement questions or clarifications.
